Reality TV star, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, better known as Phyna, has spoken on actress Regina Daniels’ intention to reunite with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

Naijaonpoint reports that the warning came after Regina revealed she was considering returning to the marriage as a means to secure the release of her brother, Sammy West, who is in detention.

The actress and the senator have been living apart for months following claims of domestic abuse.

Regina, who has two children with Nwoko, recently shared her distress on Instagram, saying her brother’s situation had left her deeply troubled and desperate for a solution.

Phyna, who has grown close to Regina in recent times, reacted to a viral video where she appealed to the actress not to return to her husband.

She urged Regina to reflect on her previous experiences in the marriage before making any decision, saying that going back could worsen her condition.

The BBNaija winner also hinted that she was aware of what Regina endured before walking away from the union and called on the authorities to ensure justice is served regarding her brother’s case.

She said, “Regina, please don’t go back to Ned. I can’t imagine what will happen to you if you go back to him after all that has now happened publicly.

“I know what you went through before leaving that marriage. Please, don’t let emotions push you into danger again.

“You have been through a lot, Regina. No matter what they promise or threaten you with, your peace and safety should come first.

“I’m begging you as a friend and a woman, don’t return to a place that once broke you.”
