Nollywood actress, Sonia Ogiri, has disclosed how she tried to intervene in businessman, Simon Guobadia’s marriage.
According to her, she had a divine warning for him, but he ignored it.
The actress posted a screenshot of a DM she sent to Simon on April 1, 2024, explaining that she had reached out earlier through a now-disabled verified account. In the message, Sonia claimed she had a dream before his wedding and tried to share what she described as a God-given message.
“I’m just a normal lady that hears GOD sometimes. If you will listen to me. Have a great day,” she wrote in the DM.
Sharing the screenshot on Instagram, Sonia added in her caption that she also sent a similar message to Obi Cubana’s wife, whom she claimed God also had a warning for. According to her, this was not for clout, but to serve as a lesson to others who might ignore divine nudges.
Her caption read, “GOD chooses who He wants to use.
“I feel so sad for this man, Simon, not because I know the whole truth, but because I had a message for him and Obi Cubana’s wife.
“I personally sent both of them messages with my verified account and told two of my friends about it. This was long before his marriage, which GOD was clearly warning him.
“We joke about everything, even when we should give a listening ear. I don’t care about getting messages for anybody because I’m concerned about myself, but when He chooses to send me, I tell the people regardless.
“May GOD help us all.
“Me posting this isn’t for him to respond anymore ’cause the deed has been done, I just want other people to learn from this. Obi’s wife’s message is still in her inbox, if she likes, she can take it serious. If she likes, she shouldn’t.”
