Nigerian music star David Adeleke, better known as Davido, is celebrating his 33rd birthday.
The singer, who turns 33 today, was thrown a birthday bash by his wife, Chioma, as well as his family and friends in Atlanta, US. Present at the bash was his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, his elder sister Sharon and many others.
While giving a speech at the party, Davido noted how he dropped his first song at 17, and now he is 33. He declared this year one of the best, noting that he had got married to the most beautiful woman and they had their babies.
The singer also announced that he is working on a new album.
“I dropped my first song when I was 17, and now I’m 33. This year is one of my best years ever, I got married to the most beautiful woman, and we had our babies”.
To celebrate his birthday, Davido held a sold-out show at the 21,000-seat State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
