“I have been there, and I know that God’s timing is still the best and most perfect” – Sunmbo Adeoye affirms as she shares motivational words

In celebration of Easter, Sunmbo Adeoye, the wife of clergyman David Adeoye and mother of two of legendary singer 2face’s kids, has shared motivational words with her thousands of followers.

In an Instagram post, she stated that God’s timing is the best and most perfect, and she used herself to prove it. Sunmbo noted how she isn’t a product of performance but of Grace.

She admonished the public that whatever they may be going through, Jesus went through worse and rose up after 3 days. She noted how Jesus’ story didn’t end in shame, hence, theirs wouldn’t.

“God’s timing is still the best and most perfect.

I have been there and I know that His timing is perfect. I am not a product of performance, it’s by His Grace.

Whatever you may be going through now, know that Jesus went through humiliation too, ah, the shame, the crucifixion, and in 3 days, He was up!

The story didn’t end in shame or defeat, your story will not end in shame and defeat.

In July of 2023, while Sunmbo and her husband celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary, she appreciated him for embracing her and her two sons and accepting them with open arms.

In a later post, she sang the praises of her husband, expressing her feelings for him and showing him her appreciation. The pastor’s wife who is in awe of her man, considers him her divine compensation and biggest gift from God.

Last year, Sunmbo had said a word of prayer for single parents, as she admonished them not to be bothered about who will be a parent, and mentor to their kids. She noted how God will send The One in due season. Using herself as an example, she prayed that as God gave her boys the greatest mentor, God would answer the prayers of single mothers over their kids.

In another post, she had sent a message to single parents, noting that single motherhood isn’t a life-threatening nor a contagious spell. She told them that if the person approaching them for marriage is judging them by such a label, then they don’t deserve to marry them.

Also last year, the mother of four reflected on her growth, revealing that ahe was, lost but hopeful, and now, she is who she is by the special grace of God. Sunmbo stated that she was amazed at how much she has grown.
