Nollywood actress Eve Esin has shared her touching testimony of how she got married at 43.
The movie star, who traditionally tied the knot to her Ghanaian husband Solomon last week, noted how delay isn’t denial. She noted how she got legally hitched at age 43, though extremely private. Clocked 44 on the 17th of October and got married traditionally and publicly on the 18th of October.
She said she has been through it all and it comes to pass when God hasn’t spoken. Eve promised to tell her story someday, as she expressed gratitude to God for never letting her loose faith in Him.
Using herself as a point of contact, she joined faith with anyone waiting for their spouse and rained prayers on them.
“MERCY!!!
My post is to give someone who had lost hope, hope. I am not a motivational speaker but a child God showed mercy. I am only speaking from a place of truth.
I got legally hitched at age 43, though extremely private. The pictures will still make it here. Clocked 44 on the 17th of October and got married traditionally and publicly on the 18th of October.
To so many, the testimony I have is almost impossible.
43? Not married? Old cargo!!!
Who says a thing and it comes to pass when God has not spoken?
Darling, I have been through it all, someday I will tell my story. I thank God for never letting me loose faith in him.
I join my faith with anyone that feels time is slipping by and i say delay is not denial. May God in his infinite mercy grant the desires of your heart and divinely connect you to that person that completes you in Jesus mighty name, Amen”.
Kemi Filani reported a week ago that Eve was about to walk down the aisle this weekend! The movie star, via her Instagram, shared a pre-wedding photo of herself and her partner, whose identity she kept private.
A day before her wedding, she held a traditional-themed bridal shower with her female friends. Some of her colleagues, like Empress Njamah and Nuella Njubigbo, were in attendance.
On Saturday, October 18th, the lovebirds tied the knot in a star-studded traditional wedding in the actress’s hometown in Uyo State.
Back in 2020, the Nollywood star had allegedly gotten engaged. She announced the good news on her Instagram, but kept the identity of her lover under wraps.
Unfortunately, it seems things didn’t turn out well for her, as she took down all the engagement posts.
Following this, an Instagram blogger alleged that Eve crashed the marriage of a Nollywood producer to get married. The blogger posted a photo of the mystery man and revealed that he allegedly abandoned his young family to have an affair with Eve Esin.
