Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has called for prayers and support from his millions of fans.

Kemi Filani reported a day back that Portable had cried out as the government sealed his uncompleted building and hotel over illegal development without an approval permit and detained some of his customers and workers. He called on the government to look into it as he pointed out the irony at which he has been helping the government put lights on the streets and repair roads, yet they are shutting down his property.

Now taking to his Instagram page, he said he has to protect his families and properties first as he cancels his show in London. Portable noted how if there was life, he would have the opportunity to perform in many countries.

“Zazuu Zeh.
I need to protect my family and property first. London see you later, no he today man dey travel dey make money. Music is my way, if life dey, man go still go many places.
Eyin fans me all I need now is prayer and support. If you spoil me for who love me, you go dey die young.
Make una sha support me. Make I dey free my people wey dey back, na help I dey help them.

On God my glory go kill my enemy. I believe in God. Any disappointment is a blessing, Man no be God”.

Portable says he wants to protect his family and property

Last year, Portable had called out Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, after a bad road in Sango-Ota nearly claimed his life while driving his Range Rover as it fell inside a ditch. The controversial singer, who isn’t afraid of anyone, had told the governor to vacate his seat if he can’t fix all the bad roads, stressing that Yayi is a better candidate to replace him.

He later claimed he received N2 million as compensation for calling out the governor and revealed that the Governor had promised he would fix all the bad roads in the state.

To confirm the governor’s promise, Portable visited the Atan-Lusada-Agabara road project, where he gave kudos to the government.
