Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli is celebrating her granddaughter Naya as she turns one today, July 26th, 2025.
In an Instagram post, she stated that her heart is overflowing with joy as their princess hits her first digit. She revealed that she prayed and longed for her daughter, and God brought her to them.
She described her mini-me as the smartest, happiest and most beautiful baby girl ever. She added that she gets to love her and it’s God’s best gift to them.

Kemi Filani reported in August that Omoni had announced the birth of her first grandchild, a baby girl. Sharing the good news, Omoni expressed her happiness, as she stated that their hearts are filled with gratitude and joy. The proud grandmother revealed the newborn’s name as Naya, as she described her as the perfect gift from God.
A week after the announcement, Omoni gave her fans and followers a glimpse at the newborn as she shared a video of herself walking her granddaughter.
Recall that early last year, Omoni’s son, Nnamdi had wedded his foreign lover, Marelle, in a private ceremony. Omoni shared photos from the ceremony as she revealed that her son married on a cold winter evening.
