Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Aderombi Adedayo Martin popularly known as Dee One, has described his time on the reality show as a wrong step that did not add much value to his career.

Naijaonpoint reports that the comedian, participated in the 2018 “Double Wahala” season but was evicted after 22 days.

Speaking in a an interview, he said the show had little impact on him and said that several past contestants are now struggling to find stability after leaving the house.

Naijaonpoint reports that Dee One also used the opportunity to criticize some of his fellow ex-housemates.

He questioned the lifestyle of Kiddwaya, saying his public image does not match his reality, and advised White Money, winner of season six, to focus on cooking instead of pursuing a career in music.

He said: “Big Brother Naija was a mistake that happened in my life. Big Brother did not really help me like that. There are a lot of people who went to Big Brother Naija who today are struggling with what to eat.

“White Money was one of the people who encouraged me to start talking online. He knows about the jollof, but the music is not. Kiddwaya is not as rich as he portrays himself. Why is he living a fake life?”
