Award-winning Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, better known as Rude Boy, has vowed to take action against a social media user over a wild allegation made against him.
Naijaonpoint reports that a lady on 𝕏 had accused Rude Boy of raping his house-help and sending his wife packing.
In response, the musician promised to use every necessary means, power, resources and money to ensure the lady faces the law.
Rude Boy added that the lady can only escape punishment by “leaving the surface of this earth and relocating to space.”
He wrote, “I hardly reply !!! But you see this one !!! @chubbiedivah if you like go private, leave X !! I will find you , I will use every necessary means , power , resources and money !!! You will face the law , I will use you to set an example!! (scapegoat )… your only way out is to leave the surface of this earth and relocate to space .. to everyone that brought my attention to her tweet … thank you”
Meanwhile, Rudeboy recently expressed concern over the dangers of social media for many Nigerians.
He warned that the misuse of social media would ultimately destroy many people.
The ‘Reason With Me’ hitmaker stated that netizens might have fun while trending and chasing clout, but would eventually regret their misdeeds.
Speaking via his Instastory, the singer wrote: “Social media is going to destroy a lot of people… You might think it’s just cruise, clout, or to trend… Your eye go clear.”
