Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has addressed his lookalike, who has been impersonating him at events.

In a video posted on his Instagram page, he noted how his lookalike has been taking his shows and performing his songs at events. Portable stated that he can never be replaced, as he noted how Nigerians would clamour for justice if he were to send his boys to beat him to death.

The street singer said his lookalike can’t collect his show as he noted how he gets paid N10 million, while the lookalike gets paid N250,000. Issuing him a warning, he told him to be careful.

“I heard that someone who said he is my look-alike is taking my shows. Nobody can be like me. He can’t talk like me. If I say they should be@t him to de@th now, you all will be looking for justice for him, and you will be writing a petition. He can’t collect my own show; someone they are paying just N250k, whereas I am being paid over N10 million for one show. Dear Look-alike, be very, very careful”.

A few weeks back, Portable called out Big Brother Naija reality show organisers for not inviting him to the show. He said the organisers should have invited him to make the house sweet, as he is a good fashion designer and stylist, a street king, and a star.

While receiving the Artist of the Year award in 2023, the controversial singer declared himself the new Fela.

Portable bragged about the success of his music on all streaming platforms. He noted that his haters are always looking for his trouble. Throwing shots at an unidentified person, he stated that a successful person doesn’t beg people to download songs, as his songs would do the talking.
