Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has voiced his thoughts on people who send voice notes without permission.
In an Instagram post, he said that if anyone sends him a voice note on WhatsApp without asking him first, he will delete the voice note and continue chatting. He asked if anybody had told them he wanted to hear their voice.
“If we’re chatting on WhatsApp, then you send me a voice note without asking me first,
I’ll delete the voice note and continue chatting.
Who told you say I wan hear your voice?”.
Similarly, Anita Joseph had vented over the entitled behaviour of a close friend. The wife of MC Fish bitterly complained about how someone called her on a video call, despite not being in contact with her for a long time. She emphasised that calling someone on a video call was rude, especially when you haven’t been close to them for a while.
Last year, Edochie shared a message on the importance of blocking anyone who affects one’s mental health, as he revealed that he enjoys blocking people.
In a previous post, he shared a word of wisdom on how to deal with trolling on social media. He admonished people to stop allowing hate comments to get to them.
The son of Pete Edochie shared some time back what became of those who criticised him over his marital issues. He noted that those who attacked him are all suffering, as they have lost their marriages and careers.
In other news, Edochie had pondered why people fear ageing. He described ageing as a blessing, telling those fearing ageing because they haven’t achieved much, to relax. He noted there is no hurry in life, and nobody has it all. He told them to be content with what they have.
Yul had also revealed the causes of rampant untimely death and solutions, blaming it on abandoning one’s traditional ways and embracing the ways of white men. He admonished Nigerians to return home and embrace their traditional ways.
