Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has shared a photo of himself from his place of hiding following his legal trouble with Ogun State government.

Taking to his Instagram page and story, Portable stated that he is more important to Nigeria than his enemy. He added that pain only makes him stronger, and his prayer makes him bigger. Noting how life goes on, he stated that God will never die and he believes in him.

Portable says he is more important to Nigeria than his enemy

A day back, Portable had made a passionate appeal to his Maker over his wife and mother. The father of six via his Instagram story, told God to forgive him on behalf of his wife and mother. He said he has learned from his mistakes and has promised never to repeat them.

For the past few days, Portable has been in a legal trouble with Ogun State government. The singer had cried out as the government sealed his uncompleted building and hotel over illegal development without an approval permit and detained some of his customers and workers.

Following the incident, he said he had to protect his families and properties first as he canceled his show in London. Portable noted how if there was life, he would have the opportunity to perform in many countries.

Last weekend, Portable lamented over the maltreatment he was receiving in his state, Ogun State. The singer noted how he has done so much for his state, yet nobody appreciates him or values him.

Portable, had gone as far as to make an emotional appeal to President Tinubu. He appealed to the president to beg Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, on his behalf, as he noted how he is a citizen of Ogun State, yet his state is mad at him for supporting Yayi.
