Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has expressed her frustration after losing her Instagram account.
On a new Instagram account, she shared an emotional video of herself explaining the situation, revealing that her account had been taken over unexpectedly.
Chukwu said she lost access and couldn’t recover it, leaving her frustrated after all the times, memories, and connections she had built there. However, she is choosing to start fresh and keep going.
“Hey everyone, I just want to let you all know that my previous Instagram account was taken unexpectedly. I lost access and couldn’t recover it, which honestly felt frustrating after all the time, memories, and connections built there. But I’m choosing to start fresh and keep going. This is my new and only official account for now, as we are still recovering the previous one. If you’ve supported me before, please follow this page, stay connected, and let’s grow again. Similarly, Biola Bayo had lost all her Instagram accounts. She claimed that people had repeatedly reported her accounts, making it clear that they were fighting God, not her.
In other news, Chukwu opened up on the death of her husband, revealing that her last child was four months old when her husband died. She revealed that her husband battled a deadly sickness which ate his finances and eventually killed him. Chukwu recounted the ordeal she went through with her ailing husband and how he begged his mother to give him a mercy death.
In March, while celebrating her birthday, Regina counted her blessings. She noted how, despite being a widow, she was still grinding.
Back in December 2023, Regina announced to the world that she had gotten a house as she narrated how difficult life was for her as a single mother. She recounted how she had to move into her father’s house and noted how her story had changed.
Also, in 2023, Chukwu expressed excitement about being a proud mother, saying that her late husband would be proud of her. She said she had a lot of stories to share about her life but would leave them until sometime in the future or probably make a movie about them.
