Nigerian businessman and philanthropist Olakunle Churchill has donated a new bus to a church in Ondo.
The father of four, via his Instagram page, revealed that the donation to St. Stephen’s Anglican Cathedral was in loving memory of his late father, Primate Gabriel Oladunni, who was dedicated to faith, service and community.
Churchill stated that the gesture is a small token of gratitude for all God has done and continues to do through His church. He prayed that the bus would serve as a vessel of love, hope, and the gospel, reaching souls near and far.
“To God’s Mission and Honouring Legacies…
Yesterday, I had the honour of donating a missionary bus to St. Stephen’s Anglican Cathedral, Ondo, in loving memory of my late father, Primate Gabriel Oladunni, who was dedicated to faith, service and community.
This gesture is a small token of gratitude for all God has done and continues to do through His church.
May this bus serve as a vessel of love, hope, and the gospel, reaching souls near and far.
Thank you to the Queen and Chiefs of the Ondo Town community for the heartfelt presentation.
May our light always shine, not for praise, but to reflect God’s goodness”.
A week ago, Eniola Badmus wrote a touching note to Olakunle Churchill about their friendship. She expressed gratitude and noted that Churchill has been more than a friend to her. She appreciated him for always being there in moments of confusion, pain, and celebration. She further appreciated him for showing her what genuine friendship looks like without drama and judgment.
Similarly, Yoruba actress, Foluke Daramola, had also penned a heartfelt note to Olakunle Churchill for blessing her with a huge alert. She described him as her brother and hailed him as her Odogwu. She revealed that the businessman and philanthropist had surprised her and her family with a huge alert, although she didn’t disclose the amount.
