“It’s been one long and fruitful year of God’s blessings” – Deyemi Okanlawon grateful as he reflects on 2024 and its blessings ahead of the New Year

Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon is reflecting on 2024 ahead of the New Year in a few hours.

Taking to his Instagram page to share memorable photos and videos, he described 2024 as a long and fruitful year of God’s blessings. He noted how he welcomed his third child this year, produced his first movie, and featured in several movies.

Deyemi expressed gratitude to God and prayed that God multiplied his abundance over them in 2025 and beyond.

“Phew! 2024! It’s been one long and fruitful year of God’s blessings. from Adekitan’s birth to the successful release of my 1st film as producer AllsFairInLove, my 2nd film 3WorkingDays with @bleedingartproduction and the 3rd with my Egbon @aycomedian’s Christmas film TheWaiter to featuring in Lisabi alongside my great friend and loyal brother @adedimejilateef as well as working across 3 continents!

My constituents and I humbly give all Praise and Gratitude to God and say thank you all for your love and support throughout 2024. We pray that God multiples His abundance over you and your family in 2025 and beyond”.

Kemi Filani reported a day after Valentine’s Day that Deyemi revealed that he and his beautiful wife had welcomed their third child, a baby boy. He shared a video of him on FaceTime with his wife and their newborn, alongside a note to his wife, calling her the love of his life and the strongest woman alive.

A month later, he revealed his son’s name, Adekiitan Oluwalonimi Okanlawon.

To add to his remarkable year, a few months back, Okanlawon was starstruck after spotting his favorite actor in the world, Denzel Washington, in Toronto, Canada. Sharing a video of him at the premiere of the screenplay adaption of August Wilson’s The Piano Lesson at the Toronto International Film Festival TIFF, he stated that he couldn’t believe he was in the same room as the Hollywood actor.

Deyemi had also given a tour of the Hollywood Hills home he was staying in Los Angeles, as he set to make his Hollywood debut. The talented actor stated that it would have been so much cooler to pretend to be here wasn’t such a big deal, but only if people knew where he was coming from and how rough the road has been would they understand how big this is, him and his family.
