Nigerian TikTok creator Elizabeth Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis, has confirmed that she is engaged to fellow content creator Habeeb Hamzat, also called Peller.

Naijaonpoint reports that the engagement was revealed during an interview Jarvis granted on Sunday, where she responded to questions surrounding their relationship.

She said: “Yes, that’s true. He actually engaged me, shockingly.”

For a long time, fans had wondered whether their interactions were real or part of a social media act.

Jarvis explained that while she initially thought Peller’s interest in her was just for content, she later realised he truly cared about her.

Their relationship reportedly became serious in the past year, although Peller had shown interest much earlier.

Jarvis shared that getting to know him beyond their online space helped her appreciate his personality.

“With time, I got to find out that he was actually into me, so I grew to love or like him. I had to understand that you cannot judge someone online… until I met him real life and I saw that oh he had a character offline and it literally cool and more than I thought,” she revealed.

Jarvis said that their content is based on real-life moments and not acting.

She said everything viewers see, including disagreements and affection, is genuine.

Jarvis disclosed that she wants future steps like marriage to be treated with more seriousness and privacy.
