Jeezy has been threatened with jail time after reportedly violating the terms of his divorce settlement with ex-wife Jeannie Mai.

According to court documents, the Atlanta rapper still hasn’t handed over the title to a 2021 Range Rover to Mai, even though their June 2024 divorce agreement ordered him to. If Jeezy does not hand the vehicle over, the judge says she will throw him in jail.

Jeezy also reportedly failed to sign over a 2022 Ford Bronco and is yet to reimburse her for particular daycare and school costs and four months’ rent, totaling $92,000.

The former couple’s legal issues have been extremely messy. Jeezy recently asked the court to make Mai pay up to $20,000 toward his attorney fees, but Jeannie Mai filed to have Jeezy pay her legal fees…the judge ruled against both.

Mai has previously accused Jeezy of domestic violence, heavy drinking, and emotional instability. Jeezy denied her allegations and accused her of abuse.

Jeannie Mai has previously requested the rapper be held in contempt.

“Since the filing of this action, [Jeezy] has been forced to defend himself against frivolous claims and the intentional public attempt to dismantle [Jeezy’s] name, brand and reputation continued throughout this case. On the one hand, [Jeannie] wants as much money as possible from [Jeezy] to the penny, but on the other hand, [Jeannie] wants to destroy [Jeezy’s] ability to earn income by dismantling the public goodwill that [Jeezy] has built for decades before even meeting [Jeannie],” His attorney said in a statement at the time.
