A charge Mr. Budden is looking forward to beating in court on the merits, not in the press,” Budden’s attorney, Nima Ameri told TMZ. “The Chief’s comments are reckless and, in our opinion, racially motivated.” Officers say the media personality was charged with lewdness after he was allegedly caught completely naked in the hallway of his apartment building. His neighbor (and their minor daughters) were reportedly able to see Budden via their Ring camera.
