JTAH Foundation is set to lead awareness walk on International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women.

 

NaijaOnPoint Nigeria reports that the Jashabel Touch-A-Heart Foundation (JTAH Foundation) will on Tuesday, November 25, hold a major awareness walk in Lagos to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, a global observance dedicated to ending all forms of violence against women and girls.

The walk will be led by the foundation’s Executive Director, Mrs. Favour Benson, accompanied by staff, supporters, and advocates for women’s rights.

A number of prominent figures are expected to join the march, including:

  • Dr. Abdulhakeem Odegade, MD/CEO, Akmodel Group

  • Paul Obazele, veteran Nollywood actor

  • Mr. Sangito, Chairman, AGN Lagos Chapter

  • Maureen Obire, MD, Eventra360 Concept

  • Miss Oluwaferanmi Ariyo, Miss Eko 2025

  • Pastor Femi Odebiyi

  • Chinedu Egbe, MD/CEO, Ivoryforte Entertainment

  • Pastor Solomon Kehinde

  • Lady Evangelist B. S. Adeyeye

  • Ucheoma Udezueh, Co-founder, KEOMAH Concept

The walk will begin at Megida Bus-stop and end at Badek Roundabout in Ayobo, Lagos.

This year’s event is supported by VIJU Industries Ltd., Akmodel Group, SOLIN Pictures and Media Communications Ltd., and Spring of Faith Bible Church.

According to the foundation, the aim is to raise public awareness, inspire community action, and reinforce the message that violence against women must be eradicated.
