The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed deep sorrow and shock following the news of the passing of Mrs. Patience Umo Eno, the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State.
In a statement released by the party, the APC extended its heartfelt condolences to Pastor Umo Eno, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, and the entire family.
The APC said Mrs. Eno was a remarkable and God-fearing individual who dedicated her life to serving others.
Her contributions to society, the APC noted, will be remembered and cherished by all those whose lives she touched.
“Her noble strides will, no doubt, remain evergreen in the hearts of all she touched and blessed with her life,” the statement signed by APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, read.
The APC also extended its prayers and sympathies to the government and the people of Akwa Ibom State, joining them in mourning the loss.
“May the soul of the late Mrs. Patience Umo Eno find eternal rest. Amen,” the statement concluded.
