Kai Cenat has revealed on stream that he’s taking a step back from Adin Ross and that it stems from a disturbing phone call with Ross’ manager, Taav Cooperman, who he claims hurled racial slurs at him.
According to Cenat, Cooperman hit his line at 4 a.m. while drunk or “off something”, inviting him to Ross’s birthday party that was scheduled for the next night. The popular streamer explained that the late notice made things difficult, but told him he’d “try his best.”
Kai Cenat reveals the reason why he started distancing himself from Adin Ross online

The conversation quickly took a turn. Cenat recalled Cooperman telling him that Ross had lost millions, and warning that if Ross continued gambling his money away, he’d be rocking with the “Faze guys” instead. Cenat didn’t hold back, calling Cooperman a “snake.” That’s when, he says, Cooperman went off — allegedly dropping the N-word multiple times before the call wrapped up.
While Kai made it clear that he doesn’t have a personal issue with Ross, he said he’s choosing to keep his distance because of the racist treatment he says he gets from Ross’ fanbase every time he’s on stream.
Cenat says he told Ross about why he decided to take a step back.
