WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Kay Flock is awaiting sentencing after he was found guilty of several charges and could be facing decades in prison. Kay Flock, real name Kevin Perez, was found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, and the use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon. The rapper celebrated one small legal win after he was acquitted on a charge of murder in aid of racketeering. “I beat the top count,” he wrote on Instagram. “I made the judge cry. He said now he not force to give me life. Never fold, never will,” he continued. The charges were tied to a series of Bronx shootings 2020 and 2022 which ultimately led to the death of 24-year-old Hwascar Hernandez who was fatally shot outside of a Harlem barbershop on Dec. 16, 2021. Kay Flock and his crew says they fired back in self defense. He is due to be sentenced on July 16 and could face life behind bars.
