WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Kim Kardashian is reportedly considering stripping her controversial ex-husband Kanye West, who is also the father of all four of her children, to court to revoke his joint legal custody. The potential move comes after Ye included his 11-year-old daughter North West’s vocals on his Diddy track from his upcoming album, Bully. Speaking to TMZ, a source claimed that Kim is “seriously considering going to court to ask a judge to strip [Kanye] of joint legal custody.” Kim was also upset by Ye’s recent event, where he urged attendees to wear swastika shirts. Kim felt this was inappropriate for children to witness. After previewing the song, Kim registered all copyrights of North in her name to be held until she was 18. In the audio clip, Diddy is heard telling North: “When I get out there, man, I want to see you f–king tear down the stadiums. I need to see you back on that stage, f–king actually rapping and f–king performing and everything. I be dreaming of that s–t.” Diddy is currently being housed in Brooklyn’s MDC jail and is awaiting trial for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. He is accused of kidnapping, drugging, and coercing women into sexual activities.
