Kim Zolciak is now accusing her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, of stalking and is asking the authorities to send him to jail.
In her lawsuit, which is reportedly heavily redacted, Kim, who shares children son Kroy Jagger “KJ” Jr., 14, son Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11, with Kroy, says he has been trying to mess with her time with her children.
Kim accuses Kroy of “stalking of the third-party’s house while [Zolciak] was there was so pervasive that counsel for the third-party sent a letter to him threatening to seek a protective order if he did not stop immediately,” per US Weekly,
She says that on June 9, the former NFL star even followed her to Costco and “parked, followed [her] into the store, and then proceeded to follow [her] around the store, even going so far as to confront the third-party accompanying [her].”
Kim and Kroy filed for divorce in May 2023, but dismissed the initial filing a couple of months later, then Kroy refiled in August 2023. On a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Kim revealed that there is a new man in her life.
Kim is requesting that Kroy be ordered to stay away from her home, her legal fees to be paid, and for him to spend some time in jail.
Kim will reportedly be returning to Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
