The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has a new man in her life as she is reportedly in a serious relationship with businessman Kyle Mowitz.

But Mowitz’s ongoing $100 million divorce battle with his estranged wife, Jillian Green, is quickly dragging Kim into the drama

According to TMZ, Kim and Kyle began seeing each other in the spring of 2025, sometime between April and May. Sources close to the couple say Kyle and Jillian had already separated in March, insisting that there was no overlap between the two relationships.

“Sources say that Kyle separated from Jillian in March, so no cheating occurred from either party,” TMZ reported.

Those close to Kim describe the relationship as happy and serious, though she’s reportedly keeping her own home for now and will not be rushing to move in with him.

Kim was reportedly served with a subpoena in a parking lot outside her son’s high school football game. The order demands that she sit for a deposition and provide details about her communications with Kyle.

The subpoena also calls for documentation of gifts, financial support, and any shared business ties between the two. Jillian’s legal team is said to be looking for information on “money loaned to her or paid to her by her estranged husband.”

According to reports, Kim has moved to have the subpoena thrown out, calling it “unreasonable and oppressive.” The star is reportedly upset with the public way she was served, saying it was inappropriate and humiliating to be confronted in front of her children and friends.

“Whatever desire [Green] purportedly had to employ discretion in serving the subpoena on Zolciak apparently, and inexplicitly, evaporated during the process of negotiating a confidentiality agreement,” Kim’s attorney argued. “Public figure or not, there was no justifiable reason for Zolciak to be served on a weekend, at her child’s school, and in front of her child, his classmates and other parents.”

The judge is yet to rule.
