WATCH THE VIDEO HERE The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 23-Year-Old Man, Gbolahan Adebayo, for beating his 25-Year-Old Girlfriend to death. The incident reportedly occurred on 21 February 2025. Confirming the incident to journalists on Monday, the command’s spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, stated that the suspect committed the offence at about 8:00 p.m. on Friday at Ijedodo, Isheri-Osun. “A neighbour said he saw the man beating his girlfriend in his room for a reason yet unknown. A few minutes later, the suspect screamed for help. “On reaching the suspect’s apartment, he found the girlfriend lying unconscious with visible marks on her body. “The girl was rushed to a hospital in Ijegun, where she was confirmed dead.”
