The Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday. Oke-Osanyintolu, who said the immediate cause of the incident is yet to be ascertained, added that further investigations will be conducted.
