‘Let them tell me one initiative they’ve brought to Rivers’, Wike blasts Fubara’s camp

The immediate past governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike on Saturday urged his successor and members of his team to point to one initiative they have carried out in the state.

Speaking at a grand reception organised for him in Kalabari, the former governor and minister of the Federal Capital Territory said there is no new project on the ground in the state since he left office.

Listing some of his initiatives, especially on road constructionns, Wike said he visited Germany with the commissioner for works during his tenure to secure projects with a construction company.

“Let them tell me what initiative they have put on the ground. It is not to abuse us.

“You can abuse me as much as you want; I never bother myself. abuse Dey kill anybody?

“You don seen who abuse don kill?” Wike asked.

He further stated that what is important to him the development of Rivers State through enviable results.

He said, “What is important is the result. Na who get high blood pressure now; no be them?”
