WATCH THE VIDEO HERE Lil Baby isn’t letting the fans change his mind about reconciling with his former friend and frequent collaborator, Gunna, and took aim at his new album, WHAM. “I don’t care what he did, he a rat still/ And I said what I said, don’t at me,” Lil Baby raps on the track. The Atlanta rapper distanced himself from Gunna after it was revealed that the “Pushin P” artist took an Alford plea and confessed to the feds that YSL was a gang. Last week, Gunna’s attorney issued a statement, once again denying that Gunna cooperated with the feds. “Gunna did NOT cooperate, and did NOTHING and said NOTHING to cause harm to [Young Thug’s] case,” Steve Sadow in a post on X. “He spent eight months in jail and was released in December 2022 after entering an Alford plea. Gunna’s plea could not and was not used at Young Thug’s trial, and he was never even named as a witness. He received a five-year suspended sentence, with no reporting, no travel restrictions, no living restrictions, and NO PROBATION.” Young Thug, who was recently released from jail, appeared on WHAM. Gunna was left off the project. The song is featured on the deluxe edition of the album. [social_warfare]
