Lil Durk is facing new allegations from a confidential witness who claims the Chicago rapper put bounties on several people following the death of King Von in 2020.

According to newly filed court documents, prosecutors say a confidential informant told authorities that Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, offered money for the murder of Quando Rondo and six other individuals.

“The affidavit further disclosed that CW-1 knew that defendant Banks placed other monetary bounties for the murder of people with whom defendant Banks was feuding, including six other individuals,” the filing states.

The documents also claim there is significant evidence supporting NAIJAONPOINT ’s account of Durk’s alleged involvement in the murder of Saviay’a Robinson, Quando Rondo’s cousin.

In a potential win for the rapper, prosecutors also revealed that federal investigators reviewed Durk’s social media and iCloud accounts but do not plan to use anything they found during the trial.

Durk is charged with murder-for-hire in connection with the 2022 killing of Robinson. Authorities allege he paid five men to travel to California to kill Quando Rondo as retaliation for King Von’s death. Instead, Robinson was shot and killed during the failed attempt.

The rapper has denied all allegations and continues to maintain his innocence.

His trial is scheduled to begin January 6, 2026.
