Lil Durk has been hit with a new lawsuit, this time for a wrongful death lawsuit amid allegations that he put out a hit on rapper Quando Rondo, which ultimately led to the fatal shooting of Rondo’s cousin, Lul Pab.

The lawsuit was filed by the family of Lul Pab, whose real name was Saviay’a Robinson.

Pab was gunned down after pumping gas at a gas station near the Beverly Center in Los Angeles back in August 2022. The suspects fled in a white sedan, which was reportedly a rental linked to Durk’s OTF credit card.

Durk was arrested on October 17, 2024 near Miami International Airport after law enforcement learned he had been booked on multiple international flights, but the rapper denies he was trying to evade authorities.

“Mr. Banks is charged with orchestrating a cold-blooded murder that resulted in the death of a rival’s family member,” said United States Attorney Martin Estrada. “Not only that, the shooting occurred in the open, at a gas station at a busy intersection, endangering many others in the area. Violent gun crime of this sort is devastating to our community and we will have zero-tolerance for those who perpetrate such callous acts of violence.”

Durk denies the allegations but the Robinson family want justice.

“The premature loss of Mr. Robinson has devastated his family and community,” the Robinson’s family attorney Warren Postman said in a statement. “We filed this lawsuit to hold those responsible accountable and ensure his loved ones receive the support they need.”
