Limpopo music sensation Melita “Kharishma” Mogale, popularly known as the First Lady of Lekompo, was involved in a fatal car accident in the early hours of Friday, October 31, 2025, at the corner of Grobler and Magazyn Streets in Polokwane.
The 21-year-old “Inama” hitmaker was reportedly rushed to hospital after sustaining serious injuries, while her driver sadly lost his life at the scene.
The crash, which occurred around 4 a.m., has shocked fans across Limpopo, with social media flooded with messages of support and prayers for the young star’s recovery.
Police say investigations are still underway to determine the exact cause of the accident.
Meanwhile, in a social media post she has just shared shortly after the crash, Kharishma hinted at concerns about witchcraft, writing that “witchcraft is for real.” ... has since sparked widespread discussion among her followers, many of whom are linking it to the tragic incident.
