Last week, a New York judge ordered that all charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs by Making the Band star Sara Rivers be dismissed but she says the fight is far from over.
“This fight was never about headlines. It’s about truth, accountability, and justice for me, and for every other survivor that has been told that they should just give up. I will not be silenced and I will not be intimidated, and I will see this thing through,” she says in the clip below.
Sara Rivers, from MTV’s Making the Band, responds to the judge tossing out 21 out of 22 claims in the lawsuit against Diddy and says the sexual assault claim is very much still alive.

She continued, “The journey continues. Oh, and don’t think. Because y’all got all that unlimited amount of baby oil that y’all gonna slide through this. Come on now. And for those that have been trying to defame me with those false stories, the truth will be coming. Best believe that.”
Rivers appeared in “Making the Band 2” and became a member of hip-hop group Da Band. In February, she sued Diddy for alleged “unwanted touching,” creating a hostile work environment, and fraud. She says the inicdent occurred while filming the show.
Diddy has denied all allegations against him.
