Escort Drops Bombshell Lawsuit: Says Cassie Gave Him an STD and Hid an Abortion — Diddy Paid for It All

Girl. Just when you thought the Diddy saga couldn’t get messier — boom, it explodes again.

One of the male escorts at the center of the wildest celebrity scandal of the year is now speaking out — and he’s dragging both Diddy and Cassie into court with a jaw-dropping lawsuit that sounds like something straight out of an HBO after-dark series.

Clayton Howard, who says he went by the name “Dave” when he was on-call for what the crew allegedly called “freak-offs”, is accusing Diddy and Cassie of drugging, manipulating, and abusing him over the course of five years— and sis, the details are juicy.

Cassie, An STD, and a Hidden Pregnancy?

In the lawsuit (obtained by TMZ, of course), Howard claims that Cassie gave him a sexually transmitted disease after pressuring him into unprotected sex — and it doesn’t stop there. He says he got her pregnant, but she aborted the baby without telling him, and then allegedly continued sleeping with him like nothing happened.

Yes. You read that right.

Howard says he was manipulated into taking ecstasy, performing for hours on end, and dealing with physical traumathat literally left his skin peeling and scabbing. He claims Cassie would demand that he masturbate for hours, causing serious injury. He also accuses her of playing mind games while trapped in a toxic, allegedly violent relationship with Diddy.

Diddy’s Freak-Off Kingpin?

Let’s not forget: Howard is one of seven male escorts federal prosecutors identified in Diddy’s criminal trial, where the mogul was accused of orchestrating an interstate sex ring.

According to Howard, he was flown out, housed at the Four Seasons, and shuttled between New York and Los Angeles — all on Diddy’s dime — for the sole purpose of being used as entertainment. He says he was essentially trafficked by the music mogul and his then-girlfriend Cassie from 2009 to 2014, caught in their twisted world of sex, power, and control.

While he wasn’t called to testify during Diddy’s criminal trial, federal agents mentioned him several times, including receipts for flights and hotel stays — paid by Diddy.

ICYMI: Diddy was found guilty of transporting escorts across state lines for prostitution. He was acquitted on the racketeering and sex trafficking charges, but the prostitution counts alone could land him up to 20 years in prison.

And get this — he was denied bail and is still in federal custody awaiting sentencing. Not even a mansion party or Trump pardon (which his team is still begging for) could save him from that jail cell.

Now, Howard’s civil lawsuit is adding another layer of chaos — and potential payouts — to a case already overflowing with salacious claims and high-profile names.

The Receipts Keep Coming

Howard says he’s suffered physical and psychological injuries, lost income, medical bills, and emotional distress — and he wants to be paid. As he should.

And while Diddy’s career, empire, and public image are in free fall, Cassie might be facing her own reckoning. This isn’t just some random lawsuit — it involves graphic allegations, an alleged violation of consent, and a man who says he was exploited by one of the most powerful couples in the industry.

Girl, What Now?

With Diddy awaiting sentencing and the lawsuit expected to hit the courts this summer, it’s clear: this story is far from over.

So buckle up, because the freak-off fallout is just getting started — and if Clayton Howard’s claims are true, Cassie and Diddy might both be headed for way more than a legal headache.
