Amad has flourished under Ruben Amorim, showcasing exceptional form in both a wing-back role and as part of a front three. The in-form winger netted his sixth goal of the season in a crucial 2-2 draw against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday. United could’ve extend Amad’s contract, which was set to expire at the end of the season, by an additional year. Nevertheless, the Red Devils were more than happy secure their best performer with a new long-term deal. “I am really proud to have signed this new contract,” Amad told United’s official website after putting pen to paper. “I have had some incredible moments with this club already but there is so much more to come.
