Mariah Carey is making millions this Christmas season, as everyone plays her “All I Want For Christmas” song on their iTunes and Spotify accounts. And it appears that Mariah spent a bit of that money, on a brand new body.

Media Take Out caught up with Mariah as she was shopping in Aspen, and we have to say – she looked great. According to reports, Mariah recently got a new round of surgeries – that has her looking nipped and tucked to perfection.
Mariah was wearing a very cute red dress. She paired it with some white boots and a white hat – to give herself the true Christmas look. And there were a few extra lumps and bumps in the dress.
You can definitely see her new enhancements, from the side.

And Mariah made sure that the paparazzi got a full on glimpse of her new body. While shopping at a top designer store, she tried on a tiny freak dress. And she looked breathtaking in it.
