Megan Thee Stallion’s attorney has responded to Tory Lanez and his legal team after they contested her recent request for a restraining order.
Thee Stallion claims the singer has been trying to call her from prison and that he’s recruited bloggers to continue the harassment online.
Lanez is currently in prison, serving a 10-year sentence after the Houston Hottie claimed that he shot her in her feet during an altercation in July 2020.

“Rather than rebut the commentary or debate the issues raised by Defendant’s comments so people can make up their own minds, Plaintiff has succumbed to the current trend of using the legal system in an attempt to cancel those opinions she disagrees with,” Lanez’s attorney said in response to the order request.
Thee Stallion’s team said to PEOPLE “It is delusional that a felon convicted of a violent crime for shooting a victim, and then further harassing her, is even contesting a request for a protective order and we are confident the court will act to protect the victim,” accusing lanez of waging “psychological warfare” against her.
