In his criminal appeal, Tory’s legal team made it clear that they are not representing him in this civil case and will not fight to stop Megan’s lawyers from pursuing him for contempt. Lanez is currently serving a 10-year sentence after being convicted in 2022 for shooting Megan in the foot. He has maintained his innocence even after his conviction.
