Megan Thee Stallion’s legal battle with blogger Milagro Gramz is continuing as Gramz pushes back against the rapper’s appeal.
Milagro Gramz, who is representing herself, recently filed a response arguing that there is no reason to reopen the case after the court dismissed Megan’s defamation claim.
According to court filings cited by AllHipHop, Gramz claims Megan Thee Stallion already accepted the benefit of the reduced judgment and should not now challenge the outcome. She also argues that Megan previously agreed to allow a jury to determine whether Gramz qualified as a media defendant.

The lawsuit, filed in 2024, accused Gramz of spreading false statements about Megan following the 2020 shooting involving Tory Lanez and of reposting deepfake pornographic videos of the rapper. In December, a jury found that Gramz’s work fell under media protections, resulting in the dismissal of the defamation claim. However, the jury found Gramz liable for promoting the deepfake content, resulting in damages later reduced to $59,000.
After the verdict, Milagro addressed supporters on Instagram Live. “I hope that you understand what new media is,” she said. “The work that we put in is valuable.”
Gramz added that she stood by her decision to fight the case. “I followed it all the way through,” she said, noting she does not seek validation from others.
Megan’s appeal is still pending.
