WATCH THE VIDEO HERE On Monday, Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Anna Marie Anzalone awarded a Detroit,, Michigan inmate named Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a $100 million default judgment against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Cardello-Smith, 51, claimed in the lawsuit that he was drugged and sexually assaulted Cardello-Smith in 1997 at a party in Detroit, according to the Detroit Metro Times. Prior to the judgment, he was granted a temporary restraining order against Diddy. The outlet reports that Diddy’s name was logged into the visitation record and that during the visit, the now-disgraced music mogul offered him $2.3 million dollars to dismiss the lawsuit. Cardello-Smith alleges that after refusing Diddy’s offer, Diddy then treatened him, telling him, “You know how we get down.” Cardello-Smith then replied, “I disagree with how you get down.” The default judgment was awarded because Diddy’s legal team failed to respond to the lawsuit by the deadline and Diddy failed to appear for the Sept. 9 virtual hearing. The outlet reports that Cardello-Smith’s judgment could be the largest awarded to a non-attorney and an incarcerated inmate.
