The aide had expressed that Mohbad’s father had requested for his son’s YouTube password the same day that Mohbad had passed away, hinting at the fact that the father did not really mourn his son’s passing. He also revealed that Mohbad’s father was intentionally trying to make the team look like fools and ingrates because he lied to the world that his son’s team had been putting him under the staircase. In March of 2024, Kemi Filani had reported that Mohbad’s father had finally revealed why he was wearing his son’s clothes.
