The music star and father of six, during his visit to Warri, was slapped by a fan. In the viral clip, the singer was guided into the building by security as crowds of Warri fans serenaded him.
In a shocking twist, an enthusiastic fan had slapped the husband of Chioma on his head.

Similarly, an overzealous fan of Davido caused a stir online over his toxic show of love to his Idol. The music star was captured in a video on an outing with his first daughter, Imade and her friend, when a die-hard fan of the singer lost his cool on sighting him, held tightly to his leg, almost dragging him to the floor. Luckily for Davido, his security intervened and almost beat up the fan.
Last year, Davido’s bouncer, Lati, came under fire after a video of him assaulting the singer’s fan went viral. Following the backlash, Lati had allegedly compensated him for the assault with N200k and had reached out to him to apologise for his wrongdoing.
In 2023, during Mohbad’s Candlelight ceremony, Davido made headlines after he was captured knocking a fan’s phone as he attempted to capture the singer.
