Motorola is all set for the launch of the Motorola Razr 50, the successor of Motorola Razr 40 which was launched in Q2 of 2023. The Razr series is specifically aimed at providing the best-in-class foldable smartphone experience to its fans. The leaks concerning the upcoming Razr 50 series have already started to pop up on the internet. A new report now claims to reveal the pricing and storage variants of the Motorola Razr 50 device.
Motorola Razr 50 will come with single storage & two color options
A piece of exclusive information shared by 91Mobiles reveals complete details about the pricing and storage variant of the forthcoming Motorola Razr 50 smartphone. As per the information, the device will be launched in the single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. This seems in line with the company’s strategy of launching a single variant. Its predecessor, the Razr 40, also had a single variant only.
Furthermore, the report reveals that the device will be available in two different color variants; Sand and Grey. The Motorola Razr 40, for reference, had three different color variants namely Sage Green, Vanilla Cream, and Summer Lilac.
Here’s how much the device will cost in the EU market
Reports suggest the device will carry a price tag of €899, which translates to roughly $970, though it will likely cost less if it launches in the US. Apart from this, there’s not much we know about the upcoming device. However, some key details of the Ultra variant are already out on the internet.
The leaked live images of the Razr 50 Ultra confirm that it is going to be a clamshell-type foldable device with little to no changes in design as compared to its predecessor. The Ultra variant., on the other hand, will cost around €1,200 (approximately $1300). Last June, the firm launched the previous iteration of the devices. Therefore, we expect them to announce the upcoming Razr 50 series around June this year as well.
