Nollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has shared an interesting conversation between himself and his daughter.
In the screenshot, his daughter referred to him as both ‘father’ and ‘dad’ to make a special request of him. The teenager had requested his help to oil her car because she had a school activity to attend and didn’t want to drive the car without it.
His daughter noted how father and dad are the same; however, father sounds so formal.
In the screenshot, the father of two noted how being a girl dad involves steady billing.
“Father oo, Dad ooo… Na so so billing Alaye wey be girl dad go dey chop steady”.
On his 45th birthday in May, Bolanle had shared the heartwarming message he received from his son, who stayed up to celebrate him. His son crowned him the best dad in the world and stated that he would always look up to him as the man he admired forever. He praised his father for his drive and passion for everything, noting that this sets him apart from his peers.
Last year, Bolanle had gifted his son a Corvette Sports car for his 18th birthday. The actor took to his Instagram page to share a video of his son, Keyo, admiring the car, as he stated that though the car is expensive, he will continue to play his fatherly role in his son’s life
It is no longer news that Bolanle is separated from his wife and mother of his two kids. He announced his divorce in September of 2023, revealing that he has finally accepted the reality of the end of the road. Bolanle listed out the several efforts he made to ensure his marriage work, which all proved abortive.
In an interview with TVC, he revealed that he doesn’t consider his ex-wife a mistake in his life, as their relationship was divine.
Following his divorce, it has been alleged that the actor has moved on from his wife with his colleague, Damilola Adegbite, the ex-wife of Chris Attoh. Making his relationship Instagram official, he shared a clip of himself and Damilola holding hands while walking around an undisclosed location.
