Nigerian music artiste Yemi Alade had declared herself a winner after losing her Grammy Awards to singer Tems.

Yemi Alade, who channelled herself as an Edo beauty, rocked the event in the traditional outfit. She shared the photos and the video on her Instagram page with bragging words.

Alade stated that her nomination was because she did not stop believing even when naysayers counted her out.

She admonished her followers to keep going because no one knows tomorrow.

A few hours before the Award show, Yemi Alade received heartwarming words from her fans and celebrities by showing off her Grammy Medal.

She released the official photos for her Grammy Nominees Medal. The actress received this medal at the Special Merit Awards Ceremony and Nominees Reception

Sharing ... with her followers, she expressed shock at being among the nominees for the 67th Grammy Awards.

Sometime last year, Yemi Alade slammed on a Nigeria media station, CoolFm, for reportedly taking down all her songs.

In a lengthy thread, the Grammy Awards nominee lamented her ordeal and the genesis of the issue between her and the media station.

According to Yemi Alade, the rift was caused by her absence from one of their events in December, and she apologised.

Calling the media station fake, Alade slammed them for being petty after refusing her apology and reconciliation moves.
