Let it be known to the public that Mrs. Serekara-Nwikhana was acting purely in her personal capacity, and her views do NOT represent the collective stance, principles, or position of NAWOJ Rivers State Chapter. We categorically reject her statements, which are a violation of the professional standards, ethics, and core values of our association. We also wish to make it clear that such actions will not be tolerated. NAWOJ Rivers State Chapter invoke the provisions of our constitution and take necessary disciplinary measures to address this breach of conduct. This is not just a matter of personal disagreement—it is an issue that strikes at the very heart of our commitment to integrity and professionalism in journalism.
