The National Examinations Council (NECO) has officially released the timetable for the 2025 November/December External Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).

According to the schedule, the examination will hold from Wednesday, November 26, 2025, to Saturday, December 13, 2025.

All candidates who registered for the 2025 NECO GCE are advised to take note of their examination dates and subjects as contained in the timetable. The full timetable has been made available in PDF format for convenient access and download.

Important Information for Candidates

Exam start date: Wednesday, 26th November 2025
Exam end date: Saturday, 13th December 2025
Mode: Written and practical examinations
Candidates: All external (private) SSCE candidates

Candidates are strongly advised to confirm the dates, paper codes, and time for each subject, and arrive at their examination centres at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

NECO also warns that late arrival, impersonation, or malpractice will attract strict penalties under examination regulations.
