NGX Group Cheers Shareholders With N1 Interim Dividend for Q3

In sustenance of its track record of shareholder value creation, the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) Group Plc has announced an interim dividend of N1.00 per share.

The cash reward was approved by the board of the organisation at its meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, for the third quarter of 2025, which ended on September 30.

The board met over the unaudited financial statements of the parent firm of the NGX Limited and others for the period under review.

It was disclosed that the interim dividend would be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the close of business on Friday, November 7, 2025, while payment will be remitted electronically to qualified shareholders on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

“The declaration of this interim dividend reaffirms the Board’s confidence in NGX Group’s solid fundamentals and long-term growth outlook.

“We have maintained a consistent dividend track record that reflects our unwavering commitment to shareholder value. This payment recognises our investors’ trust and remains focused on reciprocating that trust through consistent value addition to its shareholders.

“Our focus remains on delivering sustainable returns through disciplined execution and strategic growth,” the chairman of NGX Group, Mr Umaru Kwairanga, stated.

On his part, the chief executive, Mr Temi Popoola, said, “Our commitment to shareholders is at the heart of every strategic decision we make.

“This dividend reflects the Group’s strong financial discipline, consistent profitability, and prudent capital allocation.
