Nicki Minaj’s $19.5 million Los Angeles mansion could soon be sold to satisfy a massive unpaid judgment.

Former security guard Thomas Weidenmuller, who was awarded $503,000 in a 2019 assault case involving Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, has asked a court to force the sale of the rapper’s Hidden Hills estate.

Weidenmuller claims Minaj’s 11-bedroom, 16-bathroom property, purchased in December 2022, is worth about $20 million. With a $13.3 million mortgage and a $722,000 homestead exemption, he argues the home has roughly $6 million in available equity.

“The law doesn’t require me to exhaust other collection efforts before asking for the sale,” Weidenmuller said, adding that Minaj’s refusal to pay left him no choice. His attorney noted that while forcing the sale of a celebrity’s home is “regrettable,” it’s a result of Minaj’s “intransigence,” despite her estimated net worth of up to $190 million.

The judgment stems from a 2019 incident at a concert in Germany, where Weidenmuller alleged Petty punched him after a backstage dispute. He said the attack left him with severe facial injuries requiring surgery.

Minaj and Petty never responded to the lawsuit, leading to a default judgment in March 2024. Weidenmuller now insists he shouldn’t have to wait any longer to be paid.
