By Adedapo Adesanya Nigeria and Japan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the enhancement of rice seeds production system and diagnostic capacity in Nigeria. The Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Mr Atiku Bagudu, signed the MoU in Exchange of Notes and Records of discussion on enhancing rice seeds production and diagnostic capacity projects, in Abuja alongside the Ambassador of Japan to Nigeria, Mr Matsunaga Kazuyoshi Mr Bagudu said that Japan had achieved a lot in the agriculture sector, especially in rice seed production and technology.
